Our delivery times
Here are our delivery times depending on your geographic area and the formula chosen. These are indicative and depend on the season (risk of delays as the end of the year approaches in particular).
Standard Delivery:
Preparation times: if the order is placed before 12 p.m., it will be sent on D+1. If it is received after 12 p.m., it will be sent on D+2.
Indicative delivery times (in working days, not guaranteed):
- France: 1 to 4 days (depending on your department)
- Corsica: 3 to 5 days
- Belgium / Luxembourg: 3 to 5 days
- European Union: up to 7 days
- Switzerland / United Kingdom: up to 10 days (depending on customs deadlines)
Express delivery :
Preparation times: if the order is placed before 12 p.m., it will be sent on D+1. If it is received after 12 p.m., it will be sent on D+2.
Delivery times guaranteed by the carrier (in working days):
- France: 1 to 2 days (depending on your department)
- Corsica: 2 to 4 days
- Belgium / Luxembourg: 2 to 4 days
